Wednesday 12:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. April 1st through October 15th.

$3.00 charge per bag:
Grand View bags can be purchased at the recycling center. If you bring your own a 33 gallon bag household trash will be charged the $4.00 fee. Larger bags will be charged an additional fee.
Scrap Metal Free:
Metal Only – Metal must be separated from any plastic or other material.
Accepted free of charge:
Clean recyclables: glass, steel cans, aluminum, plastic, newspaper and cardboard. All recyclables must be in an open container for dumping into bins. No bags allowed. PLEASE follow these rules and attendants discretion. We have had issues with non-recyclables getting into this dumpster and when this happens the town is charged a fee. We do accept:
Please see the 2026 Recycling Fees for items and charges, as well as this list of items that we do not accept. We have recently started using a new company for E-Recycling. Please see the 2026 COM2 list for the items they take at no cost. Some items might only be accepted during summer months when the large dumpster is available.
We do not accept:
Construction or yard waste.
Please be sure to check with the attendant for a complete list of items accepted prior to bringing them to the center.
